Yhend
The ancestors of the Yhendori , known to have grown agile not only to hunt but to avoid being eaten as well. They lived as nomads, and rebuked the idea of settling down, so much so that it lead them into a war. Eventually, after the army returned from the war, they discovered a good chunk of the wounded with the plant Ori growing in them. After two generations, the Yhend were found to be notably weaker than their new, co-evolved counterpart the Yhendori, and a few more generations later, were found extinct.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Yhend are very akin to satyrs, in that their lower half is actually more cervine than anything, complete with the hooves, digitigrade legs, and a rather ample behind. However, that is where the cervine ends and the canine begins. If anything, their top half is more akin to a werewolf, looking similar to a human in slight structure, such as bones and some muscles, but having other canid stuff such as sharp claws, fur, and a tail that drapes over the satyr half. Along with that is the fact that their head is also canid in nature, and has a little too much hair on their head, to the point where it normally covers their eyes.
Ecology and Habitats
Yhend prefer trekking through forests most, despite being a nomadic race. It's where they get the most protection from any dangerous wild life, and also most of their food.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Yhend are omnivores, choosing to eat mostly flowers and flower-like plants and vegetables, of course with some smaller herbivores in their sights.
Additional Information
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Even though they have hair over their eyes, Yhendori don't actually use, much less have them. They have faux eyes, rather, using them to seem "normal" to other species. However, they actually use a rather keen sense of both hearing and smelling with their ears and nose, being able to hear from miles away, and being able to pick up trails from years in the past. Aside from that, their touch and taste are on normal "human" level.

Body Tint, Colouring and Marking
Fur colors range in many, mainly following the colors of the leaves--Blue, pink, purple, and peach. Some to most have been noted to be able to shift fur colors with the seasons. However, betraying them are their scattered stripes across their backs with different colors, seeming to switch to the opposite color on the color wheel.
