Tumira Voregal
Doctor Tumira Allif Vongal (a.k.a. The matter-mage)
Many aspiring mages who start out with potion-making and powdered spells seek out the most powerful ingredients, or the rarest. This is foolish. Most ailments can be solved with inor ingredients at different concentrations depending on the intended affects.
I propose a system by which ingredients and potionscan be measured so that novices can safely aquire ingredients and choose wisely.
