main god that is involved in the life/death cycle (and the most likely to turn mortals into toji, as they are the one that actually has to deal with souls and the afterlife-- also one of the few gods that prefers to reside outside the mortal plane for the most part)
for practical purposes/ in the general pantheon they are considered the head/most important/powerful, as they are both the second eldest and most things fall under their jurisdiction to some degree (hìzámạ́ also isn't reliable enough to consistantly be looked to for guidance)
can be rather contradictory (simultaneously optimistic and pessimistic, kind and cruel, playful and serious, etc), petty, and spiteful, yet is also known to be benevolent and kind, when it suits his fancy, also has a flair for dramatics, but more as a way to assuage his own boredom
note on gods and deities- there are multiple ways for them to come to be: sometimes they just 'blip' into existence, sometimes they are mortals turned into deities by an existing deity, sometimes there is a jurisdiction that requires a deity and one emerges from that need, and sometimes a ghost is determined and powerful enough to basically shove their way into deityhood (also probably more)
oh, also a note on the differences between deities and toji: a deity has essentially no restrictions on what they can do (aside from the interference of other gods lol), whereas toji still have to consider fatigue and magic exhaustion. Toji, while they have however long to build up their magic capacity and to optimize their use of magic for maximum output, still only have so much magic to draw from at any given time. While magic exhaustion is no longer deadly, on account of, y'know, the being unable to die thing, it can and will put a toji out of commission for a while.

Additionally created [Won Shi Tong's library, but as a pocket dimension]-- while jensò created it, it is also associated with [whatever other god ends up associated with knowledge-- maybe Some Random Fucker ?], which contains almost every book/written record to ever exist; usually the originals, sometimes copies-- for one-of-a-kind volumes, they are either duplicated for mortals, or available if specifically requested (one cannot request something they do not know exists). This pocket dimension is based off of hìzámạ́'s, just far more organized, and featuring contents not written by the gods.

enjoys flowy garments, and especially likes to find different ways to violate rules of propriety for each variety of dress (he finds reprieve from his everlasting boredom in the various responses he gets-- generally he enjoys fucking with people and eliciting specific reactions and responses). Of course, this is not how they tend to dress while making more important appearances (where he intends to receive more positive responses). they also like wearing various types of jewelry.

Incredibly, horribly bored; especially during the 'present'. Was less so in the past, considering he participated in squabbles between the rest of the gods, and had many magic users that were incredibly powerful (and loose fucking cannons) to worry about. Has many shikigami-type beings and minor deities managing the afterlife plane, so it requires very little of his attention for day-to-day matters (not to mention that even those matters are boring as fuck after several millennia).
