Biographical Information:
Jasmine Rudolf was born into Octus’s upper class; she has never known a moment of hardship in her life and continues to thrive with a debonair attitude. Within Octus’s government, she has travelled between roles quite frequently. She started in the Environmental Committee, then she switched to the Architecture Committee. Ultimately, she ended up on the Gyllis Management Committee after taking an interest in their dome due to rumors from former committee members.

Ever since she was young, Jasmine has been preoccupied with the concept of beauty—both her own and the beauty of the world around her. Once she was old enough, she worked tirelessly to get the mutations that were deemed “beautiful” in her eyes. Even then, she wakes up early and spends upwards of three hours getting ready for her days, making sure that there is not a single flaw on her. Everyone who has worked with her notes her perfectionist behavior and her inability to accept fault. She cites her reasons for leaving the previous committees she was on as being “dull and ugly and not worth my time.” Coworkers have noted that she sees the inspection of Gyllis as more of a vacation than work, as taxing as she finds it.
