Biographical Information:
Steve had been terrifying Octus for 3 years as the serial killer “Reaper” before he was caught and sent to Gyllis. Faced with Ethyl’s Welcoming Committee, and the threat of the Murder Committee however, Steve doesn't know how to react. The reason he became a killer was to escape the monotony of his job and to exert some level of control and power over those around him, but coming to Gyllis he quickly learns he is not the big fish he thought he was. He is constantly meeting bigger fish who, in his eyes, hide themselves under a layer of mundanity that is so bizarre to him he is constantly finding himself on the back foot. Like a dragon that could easily kill you but instead smiles at you with all its big deadly teeth and asks if he would like them to knit him a sweater. He doesn’t know what to do with it.

Steve is a man who lies as easily as he breathes, and is a master manipulator. He is a man that needs to control every situation that comes his way, and a perfectionist. All qualities that got him far in Octus, but in Gyllis, with its chaotic, honest nature is getting him nowhere fast. Here, he is not the predator he was in Octus, but just some guy.
