He alleged that he was Jessiah Goodwin's warlock Patron. We have no reason to disbelieve this, as it was a game of truth, however he may have bent the truth slightly

He somehow created an experimental communication device. It's possible that it can communicate across planes, as the Party talked to him during a time when he was likely waging his war in Mt. Celestia

Cyrrollalee said that Rori had many names and forms, but she figures that this is his true form.

Thanked us for defeating him after our fight in Portwatch, so perhaps he was bound by something??

Update To Above: Following the end of Season 1, it is possible that when we defeated Rori it allowed him to raise the army with which he is waging war in Mt. Celestia.
