Deluge

Deluge is a drifting rain effect, followed shortly by flash flooding, which creeps up the screen, forcing the player to the highest point. This can potentially drown the player, and it boosts Water-aligned creatures. They are caused by an over-abundance of Water MP in an area. These often roll along the edges of Realm of Water
