Occam

Occam is a professional stylist and an earnestly reformed pirate (to a matter of degrees). He renders top-quality hair and beauty services at his establishment Occam's Razor aboard the SS Slumgullion. A bucaneer in full regalia, from hat to boots, Occam is perenially coiffed and magnificently manicured. He is no stranger to ruffles and lace. His scars and prosthetic hand bear testament to his rough past as a pirate. His prosthetic hand is able to produce a vast and varied armory of useful implements. These range from the historically authentic hook, but includes beauty tools such as combs, scissors, tweezers, and the blade Occam's Razor, the namesake of his establishment. These include weapons such as chainsaw, axe, mallet, and saber.
Occam offers services that update a customer's appearance. In the playable version, this includes hair and facial features, but includes anything a player might set in character creation.
