Storm Battery

A battery powered by captured lighting and wind. It acts as a reservoir for Air Magic. It is shaped much like a modern electric battery (AAA through D cell, and 9 Volt) - although of medieval construction. Its cap resembles a combination of clockwork wind-up key, and lightning rod. These are charged by fields of high-altitude windmills (of wooden medieval constructions) staggered at different heights in the cloud layer, each with its own lightning rod.
