The Haluan Navy was founded by Talathriel Halua.
On this day, the Haluan Navy was founded. Its initial purpose was to explore the seas around and welcome other countries into the Haluan Empire. Emperor Talathriel Halua appointed Fleet Admiral Azuk as the first head of the Haluan Navy.
