Bansa
Bansa is the costal city at the mouth of the Elfinian Canal. This section of the canal is operated and controled by the Eastern Rootlands in cooperation with the Northern Rootlords.
This partnership has been hit and miss on occasion and even sparking revolts for a time. But the current standing of the city is good between both Rootlands, although firmly planted on Eastern Rootland lands. The use of the Canal has been the primary driving force behind accessibility of resources.
The canal has three leveled locks that are controlled by Chill Elemental Alighnment Casters, who work with rising and managing the operations of the canal, without them the function would end. As such they re highly skilled workers and are under the protection of the royal enforcers.
Apart from the Canal mouth, Bansa is a known for it’s trade market and bartering system. Many people travel to Bansa to trade for goods and make a profit. A unique setting for the most heavily defended port city in Halvishlan.
