The Eastern Rootlands District’s City Province, resides in Cern. A Massive Port City that handles the most trade outside of the capital it’self. This bustling seaside city is known for it’s hardworking seaman, and it’s variety in consumable goods, spices, and more. The popularity of cuisine and culinary trade stemming out of Cern is unparalleled. Of all the District Province Cities in Halvishlan, Cern is uniquely positioned. It is both powerful but holds much of that power due to strategic alliances from all the other districts. Because of this, district relations have always been the highest priority for the Eastern Rootlords.
Cern holds one more glittering enticement over all but the capital, in it’s undercity. The most expansive and ornate undercity ever constructed. Due to the unique challange of building at low sea levels, where the ground wasn’t suitable for deep tunneling. The solutions for which forced a level of innovation. Therefore the Cern feline undercity was built as a ground level in all buildings. This unique structure created the most comfortable and welcoming undercities riveting only that of the capital in it’s finery.
