Effect: Prepare your shot to match your ally's shot. Holding (cost reaction) your attack to release when they do to become a single powerful attack. Add your Synergy level to their attack roll to determine hit. Add your damage to their attack + Synergy level dmg. Can be multiple shots if you and the ally have multiple ranged shots.
