The Floating City is the home of Hurricane cast. Aptly named as the city floats above The Free city of Sofjor. 
 With multiple teleportation circles, anyone can access that quarter of Sofjor at any time. 
 Elegant and green, the floating city is possibly one of the most lavish quarter to visit, no surprise many inns and shops strive in the city, making Hurricane possibly one of the wealthiest of the casts in town.
