The Chean Uprising

The Great Chean Rebellion was a war waged between the country of Ashon and the escaped slave army led by Hoknath the Chain-Breaker. The war lasted for 7 years and ended with the fall of Ashon and the rise of the Chean Empire. After the war and the formation of the Chean Empire, Hoknath the Chain-Breaker was crowned emperor.
The Grand Duchy of Rusle supported Ashon and assisted them in the war, leading to difficult relations with the newly formed Chean Empire.
The Principality of Faybaria never formally entered the war, but they did supply the rebels for the entirety of the war, ultimately assisting Hoknath and his army in winning the war. This led to very good relations between the Principality of Faybaria and the Chean Empire.
