The purpose of The Smiling Pen is to prevent the user to express their sad thoughts. When a person writes with this kind of pen, any negative word is detected and transformed in a positive drawing. The goal is to make the user of the pen stare at a happy face, and every member of The Smiling Tribe knows that the only possible reaction to that is a smile. Then the sad thoughts are forgotten in a sea of cheerful faces. The sadder the words the people write, the bigger the smile they get.
I use mine all the time. I write one hundred pages every day and I always get that blessed smiley face!
This writing tool is very expensive, and it's not included in the monthly subscription. Members of the tribe must pay extra (much extra) to get one. The good news is that The Smiling Pen comes in different designs, sizes and colors, and it's possible to choose the happy face the pen is going to display instead of those sad and negative words.
