Chunky Lemonade

Chunky Lemonade is a popular non-alcoholic beverage conisiting of lemonade and caramelised ginger 'chunks'.

Manufacturing process

At first, raw ginger is taken and cut into large, thumb-sized 'chunks'.
The chunks are then caramelised using refined sugar or a darker alternative and placed in an ice-closet to cool.
Upon serving, a glass is filled with a lemonade of choice, such as classic lemon, lemon and lime or even rosewater or cucumber lemon.
The chunks are then placed in the beverage and act as edible ice-cubes.

Significance

Chunky lemonade has become one of the most popular beverages found across the Tightish Empire and is often a good way for Conners to judge the quality of a bar and its kitchens without becoming intoxicated.
