Inner Tightish is the more commonly spoken of the two Tightish languages, the other being Outer Tightish, in the Tightish Empire.

Inner Tightish, being related to language of the Plagen, has many interesting rhythms.
Below is an untranslated version of the Vow to Duty in Inner Tightish, which may be directly compared to the translated version beside it.

Vow to Duten   Losten alle mith ohrs to hohrn, readet alle mith eyges tu seen und believet alle wo habe neither, fur thies tayg wer taken ein vow to duten, fur the gut of our peoplen.  
  1. Wer sholln respekt alle weaknheid, und sholln be defendens tu them, fur the gut of our peoplen,
  2. Und wer sholln loben our land, fur the gut of our peoplen,
  3. Und wer sholln be brav in the fasse of danger, fur the gut of our peoplen,
  4. Und wer sholln taken aktion against the infidelen mithous hassen and mithous harmen, fur the gut of our peoplen,
  5. Und wer sholln performen scrupellous our duten, if theyg be nit kontra tu the lawen of our werlt, fur the gut of our peoplen,

Vow to Duty   Listen all with ears to hear, read all with eyes to see and believe all who have neither, for this day we take a vow of duty, for the good of our people.  
  1. We shall respect all weaknesses, and shall be defenders to them, for the good of our people,
  2. And we shall love our country, for the good of our people,
  3. And we shall be brave in the face of danger, for the good of our people,
  4. And we shall take action against the infidel without hate and without harm, for the good of our people,
  5. And we shall perform scrupulously our duties, if they be not contrary to the laws of our world, for the good of our people,
  6. And we shall never lie, for the good of our people,
  7. And we shall be generous, and give in plenty to everyone, for the good of our people,
  8. And we shall be everywhere and always the champions of the right and the good against injustice and evil, for the good of our people,
  9. And we shall be curious and discover new, for the good of our people,
  10. And we shall always follow our vows, for the good of our people, for it is our pride and our destiny.
