A myriad of scents assail your senses as you step into the alchemist's den: the sharp tang of sulfur, the sweet aroma of exotic herbs, and the underlying musk of ancient parchment. The dimly lit space is a labyrinth of shelves lined with countless bottles, jars, and vessels, each containing a swirling concoction or a dried herb. A variety of curious devices, distillers, and alembics hum and bubble with ongoing experiments. An old human, his hair a disheveled mane of white, leans over a bubbling flask, his eyes twinkling with fervor as he records his observations in a hefty tome. Every nook and cranny of the shop seems to be bursting with arcane knowledge and mysterious brews waiting to unleash their potent effects.
