Silk Cloak
Located in the Dark Council - Hidden Vault, a cloak is draped over a mannequin, its iridescent black silk shimmering and shifting in the light. Despite its stillness, there's an illusion of movement and the faintest hum of an unseen swarm fills the air around it.
During the vault raid, Dougal McKenzie took the cloak as they escaped.
