1st Level
Clockform... When you shapeshift, you may instead enter a state where you are both in and out of time. A large magical clock forms behind you, both of its hands on 12, and you begin to levitate, gaining a fly speed equal to your usual speed. At the start of each of your turns, the minute hand advances by 1. As long as the minute hand is not on 12, you may make any number of reactions per turn, however, for each one past the first, the minute hand is turned back by one. While outside of combat, any object you are touching is considered stopped in time, preventing it from aging or breaking as long as you hold this form. In addition, you gain the following effects:
- Immune to slow and stop
- Your movement speed is increased by 5 for each number the minute hand has increased.
- Your channel divinity grants allies advantage on the rerolled dice.
- When the clock strikes 6 or 12, your attack rolls and spell save DC are increased by 1 until clockform is lost. These bonuses may only be gained once until the minute hand has made a complete rotation.
Buying Time... While in clockform, you may expend any of the following resources to increase the minute hand by 1:
- A Basic Action
- Your Bonus Action
- 30ft of Movement
- Channel Divinity (Once per turn)
2nd Level
Enemy of Usurpers... You may add Fey and Celestials to your list of favored enemies if not already listed. Whenever you are forced to make a saving throw against their spells or effects, you may add your proficiency modifier to the roll. Whenever a fey makes a saving throw against your spells and effects, they must roll at disadvantage.
3rd Level
Quick Shifting... You may shapeshift as a bonus action or reaction. If you shapeshift this way, you do not gain any temporary HP. In addition, if you shapeshift while in clockform, you may still benefit from its effects in your new form.
4th Level
Timely Aid... You may now prepare a number of actions equal to the number on the minute hand while in clockform. Your prepared actions recieve twice the benefit of clockform.
5th Level
Finest Hour... While in clockform, when the minute hand makes a full rotation, the hour hand moves forward. Your allies each gain 1 extra reaction and +1 to their attack rolls and spell save DC for each time the hour hand increases. In addition, you deal an additional 12 damage whenever you deal damage to an enemy until the start of your next turn.
