New Eldritch Enhancement: Sap... This cantrip steals a hit die from its target when it hits. You may roll that die to have this cantrip deal that much more damage and heal you for that amount.
Level 4
Withering Presence... Your damaging spells now reduce the target's max HP equal to the damage dealt. This effect ignores temporary HP.
New Eldritch Enhancement: Uproot... If the target of this spell has temporary HP or is receiving a bonus to AC, it is disabled before you make an attack roll with this cantrip.
