Green Trigo (Tree-go)
Much like human civilizations on Earth, Green Trigo is the main grain that is grown on Haven. It is much like wheat, but with a green hue and a healing factor. Said healing factor is determined based on the health of the grain before processing and baking.
Significance
Green Trigo allowed the fauna of Haven, both sapient and merely sentient, to heal faster as well as gain nutrients from consuming it. This created a desire in the sapient to grow more of the crop, learning the ins and outs of the plant to maximize its potency and nutrition.
At the moment, only Flexors seem to be able to bring out the best in the crop.
