3. Entry
We finally got the silver rod done and had to get out of the city quick. Asked Baggsy what we should do, told us to get through the city gates. We didn't have any papers or anything, so decided to just walk through and bribe guards. We disguised ourselves as merchants, Leo helped to make me look different since I have wanted posters around town. Also finally got some stuff for Leo, I also got some nice red clothes. Leo dyed my hair black and did some makeup for me and him. We left real early, got through the gate with no problem, Leo bribed the guard.
Made it to the waterfall where we waited for Baggsy. I was still feeling pretty sick. Went through some tunnels, ran into a dwarf that had gone crazy and tried to eat us. Normally I'd fight but I was feeling really sick so we ran. Uncle Slate doesn't seem so bad now. Got some sleep, next day was the worst, I was basically unconscious the whole day. Next day I felt great, actually better than before.
We did a lot of walking, finally came above ground. The sky was so big, I didn't see the sun yet, looking forward to that. Also saw a dragon, holy fuck they are big. No idea how Leo could have killed one. Leo was being weird again, talking to his "friend" that I can't see. Baggsy says he was licking walls when I was unconscious. But he did talk to me in my head, which was crazy freaky. I don't know what this means, does he know how to do magic? He says only dragons do magic but it sure felt like magic to me. I suppose being able to talk inside our heads is kinda cool.
We are waiting for some other folks to arrive.
2. Entry
We went to see Di about the blueprints for the rod. Leo being weird as usual, managed to spill all his secrets. Should really keep his mouth shut about the dragon thing, we are gonna get killed if we continue like this. Mentioned a sister. hStill, managed to convince Di to get us the blueprints from the Dwarven Archives and to get us to meet Korren (the rat expert). The halfling himself is a rat, but at least got some free drinks and Di seems to be handling him. Rats are bigger, more aggressive than usual, got diseases they ain't suppose to have. Went and asked around Ashbrook for some info. Ran into some asshole who punched Leo, kicked him back. Leo scared the shit out of some children, was kind of impressive.
Next day we went into the sewers to go after the rats. Real nasty. Leo lost his head, started talking to some invisible creature. This guy is going to be the death of me. He did fall over to the shit though, kinda made up for it. Fought a couple of rats. Found a boy with a fuckton of rats, controlling them with a flute. Tried to talk to him, but no good. Killed a lot of rats, Leo got his flute away from him. Got a bit too angry, broke his legs. He started crying, felt a bit bad, he was just a kid. Got some information out of his. Some lady named Aunt Rue apparently responsible for the rat problem, lives in the caverns, injecting rats with diseases. Also gave the flute to the boy, Brommen. Was not about to uck with that, we have to get out of the city.
There is already posters for me, someone might be coming after me. Got sick again. I fucking hate rats. But got the blueprints and 150 gold worth of money from Silas. Actually had money to go to a healer, took most of my portion of the money. Was able to make rod no. 16, took some time, haven't ever seen that much silver, much less worked with it. Went back to Day's End, hopefully we'll get out of the city quick. Have to take medication for a couple of days, feel like shit.

Met Leonidas at the tavern, along with Baggsy Rye Twikkers.
Got informed on the New Dawn, apparently a resistance against the dragons. We have to make a silver rod 16. Should be based on some ancient dwarven manuscripts, might find it in the academy (talk to Di about this). Rod needs to be worth at least 500 silver (50 gp).
We're broke so decided to take a job exterminating rats that are causing problems in the city. Went and talked to Silas, secretary to Thorsten Rustfang, The job should give us enough money to cover the cost of the rod. We should go and check out Ashbrook, a part of the city with a lot of rats. Also, talk to Korren (the rat expert) at the academy.
