The first king of Uskevig, king Uske I, reigned for 65 years. He married a woman from Jusvik, and had three sons and one daughter. His daughter married into Jusvik, his eldest son, Mashko the first was the heir to the throne, his younger brother Kerku was sent to rule over Minvar as a duke.
