Continuing Peace Resolution

A diplomatic solution to the first World War is reached over the public outcry over the massive loss of lifes. The involved parties agreed to the following terms. Troops remain in place where they are at the moment, reinforced positions are maintained but civilian trade is permitted again. To preserve the honour of the involved monarchs and ministers the war has not technically concluded but a general truce allows rebuilding efforts and economical reforms to be enacted without military intervention.
