he is relatively tall and is always in top physical condition. Her height is exacerbated by her affinity for platform shoes.
She's incredibly curvaceous and enjoys calling out anyone who's caught glancing at her for an extended period. Although she prefers flowy dresses and loose clothing, the low-cut nature of her tops and her backside's ability to fill out anything in which it's contained makes it hard to ignore her... assets.

endra wears her sexuality on her sleeve. She's known for revealing clothing and flaunting her abundant curves. Her bold actions in this regard are in direct contrast to her dialog, which is often prudish and extremely judgmental regarding the romantic endeavors of others. She has no qualms about "slut shaming" and she assumes that everyone else in the office is engaging in all manner of sexual deviancy.
Failures & Embarrassments

he was raised as a devout Jehovah's Witness and feels deeply connected to her faith. However, her sexual exploits led her family to disown her, having her excommunicated from the church. This fact causes her great shame, although no one other than her closest friends have any idea about it.
Mental Trauma

he's been subjected to numerous instances of racism throughout her life. This feeds her vehement loyalty to Black nationalism and makes her highly suspicious of nearly anyone who's not Black. She resents the phrase "people of color", feeling that it fails to capture the many indignities she's suffered as a Black woman in the United States. She also assumes that those using the phrase are trying to minimize her struggles by lumping her in with all non-white ethnicities.

White Devils
She is quick to brand any white person as a "devil" and can become combative if anyone tries to admonish her for it. She's especially hostile toward any white person who she deems as appropriating Black culture. This can become particularly problematic, given that there are so many aspects of American life which have roots in Black culture. She's equally suspicious of any Black people (especially, Black men) who make a habit of socializing with white folks.

er audacious attire and outspoken attitude lead some to underestimate her intelligence. When this happens, she's quick to assume that such biases come from a racist mindset.
She has broad knowledge of technology, physical sciences, and history (in particular, the history of racial oppression). She's capable of doing complex calculations in her head. Her brazen nature and impressive intellect often fosters feelings of intimidation in those who hold higher positions within the company.
Morality & Philosophy

endra sees injustice in all that surrounds her. Although her assessments are not always wrong, she loses credibility with others because she's prone to cry foul - even when the situation at hand exhibits no symptoms of inequity.
She holds those around her to an incredibly high standard. Some would claim these standard are impossibly high. She can draw the ire of her colleagues when it doesn't seem as though she's personally living up to those same standards.

n direct contrast to her public persona, Kendra has sexual appetites that she will go to great lengths to hide. Her ideal partner would be a "strong Black man", confident and proud of his racial identity, and also a devout "Man of God". However, she deems nearly all men to be sorely lacking in these departments (and she's happy to let them know how far they fall short of her standard). But in lieu of this "perfect mate", her short-term appetites are decidedly... different.

Degradation
Although she enjoys being with many types of partners, she prefers the company of dumpy, older, white-or-Asian men. In fact, she doesn't prefer to simply sleep with one man at a time - instead engaging in threesomes or orgies where she's the only woman - and the only person of color - in the room. She has a penchant for being degraded - often demanding that her partners bind, gag, and whip her, all while demeaning her with vicious racial slurs. She's particularly aroused by roleplaying escaped-slave scenarios where she's punished for disobeying her "masters".

hile Kendra is incredibly comfortable in social situations - even being seen as the "life of the party" - she can also present a tough exterior to anyone who's trying to befriend her on a deeper level. Her propensity to pass judgment, her hypocritical embrace of religious ideals, and her tendency to see racial bias in all that surrounds her leads some to view her as cold or confrontational. Some would even label her a "bitch" - although few have the intestinal fortitude to actually say this to her face.
