inas Azarian is a project administrator assigned to the Special Projects team within Hegemony International.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition

is corporate records claim that he's 31 years old, but absolutely no one in his presence believes this assertion. He's generally in decent health, with a short, wiry frame and a trim physique. But everyone assumes that he's at least 50.
Apparel & Accessories
H
e's quite-obviously bald, although he's never seen without a toupee. His toupee always appears as though it's barely clinging to his head and it's usually positioned at odd/unnatural angles on his head.
Unfashionable
He also wears oversized glasses with thick black frames. These frames are horrendously out-of-touch with modern standards of fashion and they exacerbate the common perception that he's far older than 31 years of age. While they are prescription lenses, they're also tinted, making it difficult to see his eyes in an indoor setting.
He always has a toothpick in his mouth. Sometimes he mindlessly shifts it from one side of his mouth to the other. At other times, it hangs precariously as though it's cemented to his bottom lip.
He favors simple black slacks and button-down shirts. However, those shirts are always unbottoned for nearly half their length, exposing a thicket of curly black chest hair. This display of his "manhood" is usually augmented by audacious (and tacky) gold necklaces.

inas has a long, checkered, and enigmatic history. Born in Armenia, he emigrated to the United States roughly a decade ago, although he spent many years travelling the world before settling in this country.
Colorful History
While he has no official criminal record, he speaks often of adventures that imply ties to the Armenian and American mafia. Assuming these stories are true, most of them seem to originate in his youth. It's unclear to what extent he maintains such ties or if he still engages in such activities.
He's known to be a musician, although his exact musical talents are murky, at best. He's fond of recalling days when he toured with numerous musical acts. He also claims to have worked for many groups as a roadie, and he even appears to have occasionally served some bands as a manager and promoter.
Minas claims to have spent time as an Armenian covert operative. Such claims are bolstered by his many tales of life in war-torn countries and politically-volatile regions. However, it's unclear exactly which Armenian agency he worked under or exactly what his duties entailed.
If he claimed to have been an astronaut, no one would even bat an eye.

The precise timeline of the above events is nearly impossible to piece together. The order in which he engaged in these activities, or the extent to which he engaged in them simultaneously, is... confusing, at best. Any attempt to corroborate his history is muddled by his tendency to mix-and-match tales from his own life.

e's presumed to be heterosexual, although he's unmarried, claims no children, and seems to prefer solitude when outside of Hegemony International.

inas joined Hegemony nine years ago, and he's been on the Special Projects team that entire time. Although he's known to have had numerous other jobs before joining the company, the nature, duration, and location of those jobs is hard to piece together.
Morality & Philosophy

hile it's hard to quantify Minas's morality, it's clear that he lives by a precise code. He's tremendously loyal to those in his favor. He views a "snitch" as being the most degenerate of human life. He'd go to extreme lengths to protect those in his circle, or to punish those he sees as adversaries. His dangerous past leads him to characterize many situations as "life or death" - even if no one else around him sees the consequences as being even remotely as dire.

inas's motivations are as murky as his past. He's an eccentric loner. And while he doesn't shun the other members of the Special Projects team, neither does he do anything to seek out their company and he prefers to work alone on projects.
Distrustful
Perhaps owing to his colorful past, he can be suspicious of others and has a reputation as a bit of a "prepper". His home is rumored to be akin to a compound. He can acquire all manner of weapons and he often refers to nebulous colleagues outside the company who can "fix" all manner of sticky situations. He distrusts banks and all forms of digital currency (although he, like all other Hegemony employees, is paid exclusively in bizkits).
Vices & Personality flaws

inas is open about his affinity for illicit drugs - especially, psychedelics. Some of his numerous tales involve "spiritual journeys" and "vision quests". He speaks often of some unknown colleage that he refers to as his "shaman".

He's also fond of sports betting. On any given weekend, he's presumed to have great sums placed on sporting contests. While he's believed to have bet on nearly everything during his lifetime, he gravitates toward far-flung and little-known events that take place in distant locales. It's not uncommon to hear him celebrating (or complaining about) the outcome of a cricket match in Jakarta or a kickboxing bout in Nigeria.

He seems to have endless connections with popular musicians, professional athletes, criminal operatives, spiritual leaders, and local politicians.
