Skullenholm

The town of about 300 souls is on the western shore of Frostwater lake, just north of where the Giant's Throne and the Pallisades collide. It lies one solid day's ride south of the Valimir river Ferry.
Skullenholm sits on the edge of the Finnar lands. The border is buffered from Saxa lands by the wilder territory of the Pallisades and the Giant's Throne.
The primary industries of Skullenhorn are trapping and fishing. Both Gjallarhorn and Thunor's Eye sailors fish the deep waters just offshore, while Bear Clan and Thunor's Eye trappers ply their trade across the countryside. Goods from town are shipped out on Gjallarhorn and Thunor's Eye ships to other Finnar towns along the Frostwater's shores. That said, there are no "trading ships" per say, more like raiding ships that have a side business of transporting people and goods across the lake.
The town is primarily populated by Thunor's Eye and Gjallarhorns, although Bear Clan traders can be found making a permanent residence. Saxa are tolerated, but the Finnar are cautious of them. And because Skullenholm is almost a frontier town, the order is kept by brutal demonstration. All are welcome, but uncivilized behavior isn't tolerated. Justice is swift and can involve being shackled to the bottom of the lake. That doesn't mean all business in Skullenholm is above board, the Breakers do plenty of business selling and transporting stolen goods.
Because Skullenhorn is on the Finnar border, defense is a concern. There are nearly 100 men of fighting age, and frontier men are of particularly hearty stock. Reinforcements can be pulled from the 25 men Valimir River Ferry garrison, or the nearby Bear Clan villages. Orcs are always a concern, but manageable.

Trapper outfitter
In business in Skullenholm for over 30 years, it's a place where the trappers around Skullenholm know they can get a fair price for their goods, and pay a fair price for their needs. The business is run by Drogen Ballinhide.

Freya's

Bar and Brothel 
Freya's tavern and small whorehouse has been serving the community and its visitors for longer than anyone can remember. The tavern appeals to the local community while the brothel is a side hustle targeting the sailors and mountainmen who are merely stopping for the evening. While the lady's of the night come and go, Freya has been a staple.

The Valimir River Ferry

Ferry
About 40 miles north of Skullenholm is the Valimir ferry. Once a strategic point for Thunor's Eye in the battles against the Saxa (and skirmishes against the Gjallarhorn), it now serves as a garrison for a few dozen troops and a home base for several Thunor's Eye rangers that watch the land for Orc and Giant movement. A small Inn was built about 10 years earlier that serves land travelers along the lake.
