Oro Blanco
Named for the nearby Oro Blanco mine, the town is most notable for the incessant rumble of the four arrastras that grind ore day and night. Despite the silver mined nearby, very little is spent in the town and it is an exhausted and joyless place. Even the saloon and brothel are subdued, as most of the miners prefer to spend their time out of the mines sleeping. The most notable building in the town is the assay office, which doubles as a bank. It is of stout brick with heavily barred windows.
