Evendur Greycaste (Evan - door Greycastle)

Evendur Greycastle is the Prince of Nirai, the heir to the Greycastle line, and the leader of the The Grey Army . He went missing and left his younger sister, Andraste Greycaste to run the Grey Army and take his duties on. Alastor Greycastle, the King of Nirai, and the Emperor of the Grey Empire has not stopped looking for him or given his title as heir to Adraste.

However, a person with absolutely no relation to the missing prince by the name of Evan Grey set up shop as a painter in Anres, on the edge of Serilor. He cannot possibly be the prince as he has dyed blue hair and is creative, something that the prince was never allowed to be.

Personal history

Evendur lost his mother Yvette when he was eight. His sister, Andraste, was six. Yvette died from an illness that no one could identify, though some druidic healers thought she might have died from a broken heart. Alastor Greycastle grieved openly for his wife, and the children were not seen by the public for many years after her death. 

Evendur's public appearances were few and far between. He did not become a knight, unlike his sister, who did, and he did not travel away to be trained academically. To start with, his disappearance at age twenty went unnoticed by the people of Nirai as they saw so little of him. It wasn't until the king made a public announcement that anything was out of the ordinary.

Evendur Greycastle's first public appearance was five days after his birth. He was born early, a small, rather sickly baby. Queen Yvette was opposed to him being seen in public, especially because he was unwell, and needed constant care. King Alastor insisted, and Evendur stopped breathing part way through his presentation, and a druid who was present, Amarah Ethen, had to revive him. He was not seen in public again until his sixth birthday.
