Artemis II
Trained by the original Artemis, the new millennium's version was anticipated to be one of the next great heroes, until she betrayed the trust of other heroes, committed treason, and became a mercenary instead. Disavowed by her former mentor, the new Artemis is on the SIB's most wanted list, and has been for years. She continues to be active, and has never been caught.
