E-class

E-class ranking represents the bare minimum of superhuman ability. Typically those at this level have power sets/levels that do little more than offer them a slight advantage over average humans in combat. These edges aren't enough to guarantee any sort of victory, even against a single opponent of moderate combat skill level.
