Harper's Law

Harper's Law is a piece of American legislature which makes it a crime for any person to reveal or spread evidence of superhuman abilities in minors. This law was passed following the kidnapping of Sophia Harper, as the government attempted to calm widespread fear among parents and to ensure the safety of minors within its borders.
