Robert Rhodes (a.k.a. Minuteman)

Robert Rhodes was an American soldier, born in Mississippi in 1918. He is world famous as the super soldier who came about as the result of the Setting Sun program. His arrival onto the scene ended the Second World War and ushered in the new age of superhuman escalation that lasted throughout the Cold War.
