An Adult Topaz dragon who lives a life of total seclusion in its labyrinthian lair below the Howling Fjords
He is an incredibly paranoid creature and spend much of his time working out plans for all situations, relying on dozen or so dragonborn clans that he created to guard every entrance to his lair as well as to bring him food, treasure and information. 
Kalintastraz will often send specifically chosen dragonborn out into the world to live and gather information to be sent back to him. He also takes any dragonborn with the gift for magic as apprentices , though as often as not he ends up exiling them whenever his paranoia becomes too great.
