Master Heart-Bound-in-Branch

A scarred Tabaxi who leads a secretive Noon Claw they call "Shades" in the depths of the Boral Forest, much to the chagrin of the local lords and the Boral Witchhunters.   Constantly at odds with the authorities, the gender-neutral tabaxi seems to have zero care about the distrust or outright aggression. They, with their band, help villages in need until that village tells them not to after which they disappear into the forest, never to be seen by the villagers there again.   Many of the townships look at them with distrust but without constant Witchhunter support, they often turn to groups like the Shades for help. Often enough, the real problems that arise come from the Witchhunters or local barons disliking the apparent eroding of their power. Reprisals for trusting the Shades often have the villages stuck between two terrible choices, they either let the horrors of the forest ravage their populace or they let the Dukes or local Barons men enforce their "Loyalty" or the Witchhunters "Cleanse" them.
The Sheathed Claw   The Sheathed Claw is a militarized organization of Druidic warriors who travel the continent of Keskad hunting Abberations, Magical Creatures and aggressively enforcing the balance in more civilized areas. They strike where they feel they need to both opening and in secret and are widely considered a criminal organization in the Azure Federation.   Boradessel Duchies   A dreary land of fog, forest and and steep hill and ravine. The Boradessel Duchies are a collection of allied Duchies, baronies and other noble houses on the far southwest of the continent of Keskad. The region as a whole is known as the Boradessel Forest and it is a thick forest set on craggy foothills. Darkness lurks within its shadowy boughs.   Boradessel Witch-Hunters   The Boradessel Witch-Hunters are a nominally independent military group that specializes in hunting the copious amounts of things that go bump in the night under the dark and misty eaves of the Boral Forest. They have a rigid upper hierarchy with Several Witchhunter-Generals leading certain campaigns or areas of the Duchies and are lead as an organization by a council of Witch Hunters that serve for life once appointed.
