The Scholum

Assembly of mages from the heads of all the mage colleges in the Federation, its headquarters is found on the Flying City of Kel. 
The Scholum oversees a vast network of interconnected, allied and associated Mage Colleges, Druid circles and even some religious cults who are invested in seeking and curating knowledge. 
The colleges and organizations involved all still hold to their own allegiences, themes and philosophies but the overarching protection of the Scholum and its association with the Azure Federation helps provide a buffer of sorts between themselves and the sometimes fickle political and superstition situations that can be found in their countries.

The Azure Federation The Azure Federation is an alliance of the Southern Kingdoms of Man, a series of human kingdoms that sprang up around the fertile Glernorian Plains and ranges from the Boradessal Forest in the west, the Clawe Forest in the East and the Veshk Desert to the north.
The Flying City of Kel A magical flying city that serves as the headquarters of the scholum, it is built on the back of an incredibly large Illithid Dreadnaught that was discovered and refurbished into the flying city.
