The Beast-Kin

The Beast-kin are a collection of different species who owe their existence to an enigmatic, wandering god known as the "Father of the Forest".
They have a recognizable kinship, the uncorrupted Beast-Kin get along and will often share camps and sometimes wander together. They are nearly all nomadic, preferring the wilds to the trappings of civilization. Though they have a kinship there are no nations or anything that would approach that level of organization among the beast-kin. 
The Beast-kin are unfortunately open to the whispers and predation by what they call the "Dark Fathers", demon lords who embody and take advantage of some of the more primal aspects of the kin to corrupt them into sometimes wholly difference creatures.

Centaur
The Centaur of Keskad wander an incredibly large distance across the Steppes of Kur, the Veshk Desert and as far south as the Clawe Forest. They were created by the Father of the Forest last and rose from various humanoids the Father had found who wished for a different form, or wished to be run like the creatures they dreamed of.
Minotaur
The tribes of Minotaur that wander the lands in the northern part of Keskad are as varied as the human tribes that they avoid, some are fierce fighters who seek only battle to test themselves while others seek to commune with the wilds and mend the ills of the natural world and yet more are bloodthirsty monsters who have fallen to the darkest aspects of their nature and bloodlust when heeding the call of Baphomet.
Gnoll
This primitive and savage they are a nonetheless pure hearted race who shows unwavering dedication to their pack and to nature, taking up guardianship of the wilds where there are no other protectors. They form close knit family groups around a Matriarch who dictates where the pack hunts, where they camp and who mates within the pack.
Satyr
The Satyr are fun loving humanoids with varied horns, hooved feet and a fondness for drink and song.
Kenku
Kenku are a sly and hidden race of bird people who often live among human civilizations in secret as well as among their Aarakocra cousins
The Father of the Forest
A strange, solitary god who has wandered the wild places of the world. As it wandered it would lift the companions who joined it who it shared its travels with.
