The Eye of the Deep is the original Kraken, an amorphous eldritch creation of the void whose presence is felt in the deepest and darkest places of the world. All Kraken that exist in the world stem from this deific outsider. The Eye of the Deep has been slumbering since the Mythic Age due to the wounds it suffered when fighting the dragon god Hasrai.
