Hero Association

The Hero Association is a large guild-like organisation where hero's are assigned tasks and jobs based on their skills and abilities. As such it is rife with politics and red tape. A low level hero will be restricted to simple and low level jobs while a high level hero will be the ones actually fighting the villains. The Hero Association has a lot of pull with the royal families, government organisations and businesses of the world. They are far reaching and can be found in many places. However, they can be slow to act due to bureaucracy and incompetent middle managers. When joining the Association members must agree to a contract requiring them to uphold the Hero Association values, follow their rules and orders as well as meaning can be heavily punished for leaving the group or breaking the rules.
