King Kong

King Kong is part of The Menagerie High Council. He is a lone villain who suffers from delusions of grandeur and believes that he is superior to all and should rule over everyone. He believes he is in charge of The Menagerie. He wears a crown, royal looking cape/cloak and has a sceptre.
