Grandmagister

Grandmagister is the highest title within The Arcana Council, and whilst it holds the same power as the other 7 seats, it is the one that would direct report to the ruler of The Noble Territories, as well as have the casting vote in any tie breaks.

It's term is indefinite and it's appointment is made by the King alone. The appointment continues after the Kings death, but it can be revoked at any time by any current or future rulers.

Upon death of a Grandmagister then the seat is refilled, and a new appointment made.
