First-Level Flame
- Casting Time: 1 actions
- Range: 150 feet
- Compnents: V, S
- Cost: 2 Mana points
- Duration: Instantaneous
A bright streak flashes from your pointing finger to a point you choose within range then blossoms with a low roar into an explosion of flame. Each creature in a 20-foot radius must make a Dexterity saving throw. A target takes
8d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
The fire spreads around corners. It ignites flammable objects in the area that aren't being worn or carried.
At higher levels:
If the caster decides to increase the power of the spell, they can sacrifice more mana points (usually by 2s) to double the power of the spell, increasing the damage to
16d6 , but the accuracy of the spell hitting its target drops to
10% . Anything below 50% accuracy (10 on a d20) does not hit.
