Havelton is the neighborhood that most halflings aspire to live in. The deepest recesses of upper-middle-class safety, so much so that in 405 AC, it was determined that the Radia Paladin Force would move their headquarters to the neighborhood. Here, deep conservative values survive and endure through generations of halflings that believe in strong family values and enduring legacies of traditions. Many of the houses in Havelton are passed down from generation to generation of halflings. When non-halfling people move to Havelton, it is generally frowned upon.

MR. POWER ULTIMATE FUN ZONE

A kitch-y pizza place with a massive arcade attached to it. Designed to be the ultimate desire of children and the drain on their parent's bank accounts. There are constant parties happening throughout the arcade.

FIZZBIZZ ALCHEMY FACTORY

Open for tours all week, the Fizzbizz Alchemy factory is almost as much of a tourist spot as it is a workplace. Though there are some of the world's most advanced potions being created here.

BENDRIER LAKE

Many halflings have taken up the sports of boating, kayaking, and other water sports. On a hot day, it's common to find them gathered at the lake.

Bailey Gardens

A sub-division of traditional underground halfling homes, though these homes are almost more like mansions and feature cutting-edge magical enchantments.

RADIA PALADIN FORCE HEADQUARTERS

A sprawling complex with training, offices, and storage for the Radian Paladin Force.

AMMOURUS CATHEDRAL

The wholesome church predominantly caters to halfling families. They preach family values and conservative ideology.
