Shortings Grove is often referred to as the Radian Dream made real. The neighborhood is predominantly middle-class families who can trace their arrival to Radia back to the time of the Carafax. These families may have come from the Ashlands, Katorennze, Lormond, Windswept, or Avalon, but they today consider themselves Radian. They go to the local pubs and restaurants, commute to the downtown area for work and spend their money at the city's many stadiums and theaters. Shortings Grove is Radaia at its true best.

Nestled among the quiet houses and neighborhood pubs is the raucous stadium of Mulgarr, home of Radia BBC, the local Blood Bowl Club.

PAZELDOWN PARK

Large park where people love to sit on the lawn and take in the summer days. Complete with a menagerie and moonfish pond.

SUNWATER BREWING COMPANY

Run by the Fifner Brothers, Sunwater Brewing is the preferred beer in Radia. A large taproom is constantly filled with patrons on warm days.

BRICHAN THEATRE

A legendary theater hall where the great Paddy Hagely wrote his 100 perfect plays. The theater puts on a different one of their plays every week.

ORDER OF THE CLERICS PUBLIC INFIRMARY

Commonly called, "OCBI", this is the largest hospital in the entire city. Not only an infirmary for those in need of healing, but the hospital specializes in all the latest healing spells, potions, and techniques.
