Caiseal
Caiseal name means “round ring-like city” in Dwarven. The city is crossed by Two Rivers coming in and out of it, Separating it into two halves. So there is a port on the side of each river, But both are considered part of one ward.

The city is part of the kingdom of west Highrune, And as such it is governed by an official appointed by the "Twelve Clans".
History
Caiseal was built in the year of 709BDJ. The city was built on top of a village of the same name, after many years this port village has been used by anyone who travelled the rivers of highrune. The silver-tongued Silverstone Gamal saw this as a business opportunity and started building walls around the city, putting officials chosen by The Twelve (mostly him convincing the others), and started taking a fee from any would be passing ship.
