Failures & Embarrassments
Age 35 (212 CE) - The Golden Hummingbirds are nearly wiped out at the Battle of Tenton Hills, just north of Jotunhall. Belin and her third in command (a dwarf named Ellic) are the only reported survivors of the battle. Of the 257 confirmed members, 121 were confirmed killed, and 134 missing in action or maimed beyond identification.
This defeat nearly broke the Golden Hummingbirds, it took them until 218 CE to replenish their ranks and repair their damaged reputation; At this time they changed their name.
Due to this crushing defeat, the company still has a poor relation with their former allies, the Stone Giants of Jotunhall and their enemies the invading Fire Giants
