Church of the Broken Path
Lyrics 'Here's to the Heartache' by Nothing More
"So here's to the heartache. Here's to the mistakes.
We'll drink to all the years, the tears... That led to this place.
Here's to the dark days, It's been a long wait.
We'll drink to all the years, the tears... That led to this place.
I'll suffer, I'll bleed, Lose everything. With time comes grace."
The Church of the Broken Path, while not technically a church, acts as a cult of self-improvement prompted by mistakes and guilt.
Many of the members are former criminals, reformed addicts, repenting liars or thieves, and people of similar origin.
Each cell of the cult is dedicated to a particular vice, crime or 'mistake'.
The members of the cell work together to not only beat temptation regarding their former crime or vice, but also to help their community in reparation for whatever wrong doings occurred in their past

Culture
Dedicated to growth and self improvement, each cell of the cult acts as a sort of 'Self-Help' club.
While the individual cells report to a central location, the cells themselves are free to self-govern and move about as they see fit.
A sense of freedom and pleasant achievement tend to accompany each group, though most cells also have a quiet sense of defeat or remorse amongst them.
While the cult tends to be seen in a mixed light, they are usually very positive influences in their communities.
However, their parties and revelries can become disruptive and raucous on occasion.
