Common

'Common' as it is often referred is a trade language, constructed from bits of dozens of different human, elf, dwarf and draconic dialects. The language itself has no exact country or people of origin, having instead come slowly to fruition over the last six to seven hundred years. This tongue is spoken by most peoples, across most parts of Hijr, and while there are small differences in accent or pronunciation, almost anyone who speaks Common can understand others speaking the same base language.
